The endemic of COVID-19 in Malaysia has made most of the higher institutions in Malaysia adopt hybrid learning. This learning approach has given university students both online and face-to-face learning methods with the lecturers, as well as evolved the course delivery style. Are Malaysian university students satisfied with hybrid learning? Various studies focused on Open Distance Learning (ODL) and limited studies focused on hybrid learning specifically among university students. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that might influence the student’s satisfaction with hybrid learning. The study intends to examine the three variables of Learning Environment Design, Student Engagement, and Technology Integration, in order to assess student satisfaction with hybrid learning. A total of 210 questionnaires on Google Forms were distributed via WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, and email. The findings indicate that all three variables contribute to student satisfaction while learning environment design is the most influential factor. The study's findings will help future researchers and the Ministry of Higher Education enhance the hybrid learning approach as the most efficient and effective method of learning in the future.
