Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submitted manuscript must be an original report. It has not appeared in literature in any form in the past, and will not be submitted to any other venue concurrently with the Journal submission or until it appears in the AMCS-PRESS journal (in case of acceptance).
  • The submitted manuscript is free from any plagiarism issue. All the submitted papers will be screened for plagiarism using the latest technology. We make it sure that the submitted papers contain original materials. The maximum content of similarity is 25%, based on Turn It In plagiarism checking result.
  • The submitted manuscript is in the camera-ready of 10-30 pages long and formatted according to Journal Template.
  • The submitted manuscript and its supplementary files should be submitted electronically as a DOC / Ms Word File.
  • Only manuscript submitted through the electronic submission system and strictly adhering to the AMCS-PRESS Journal format will be considered for reviewing.
  • The submitted manuscript should go through an initial screening process by the Editor in Chief to weed out papers which are not suitable for the AMCS-PRESS Journal scopes or have different focus, papers which are marginal, weak papers (not much contribution), written with low quality of English and etc.
  • Only good and relevant manuscripts should be processed and sent to ONE editor and TWO independent reviewers (we do not want to waste the time of the editorial members and reviewers by sending poor or marginal papers to them).
  • Final acceptance decision will be made by the Editor in Chief by checking the revised version.
  • The author-accepted manuscript must commit to pay the article publication charge if the manuscript has been accepted.
  • The author-accepted manuscript must commit to pay other charges as stated in manuscript retraction policy in case (1) She/He withdraw his/her manuscript during the review process or before getting a rejection note by the journal editor; (2) She/He withdraw his/her manuscript after acceptance and during the publication production process. Further, She/He is also aware about the penalty applied.
  • The author-accepted manuscript must certify that the article does not contain content that is against the law. The use of licensed data, software, images, video, and other materials has been licensed by the authorities.
  • The author-accepted manuscript must commit state that all the information She/He has supplied and mentioned is correct. When the information found is incorrect, She/He is willing to accept the risk and account for it in accordance with applicable law.
